Free shipping on orders over $49. Most in-stock items leave our fulfillment partner within 2 business days. International transit typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination customs.

Duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns

Unopened food and unused toys may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened wet food and perishable goods cannot be returned for safety reasons. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return label when eligible.
